Why babywearing is so important?
Why babywearing? Close your eyes and picture an unborn baby nestled in their mother’s womb. What kind of environment surrounds them? What do they perceive, hear, or feel? The baby’s connection to their mother is almost entirely through touch. Their skin, the oldest and most fundamental sensory organ, is the first to develop. As the mother goes about her day, the baby moves softly with her: swaying as she stands on her tiptoes, bouncing as she hurries for the tram, strolling, dancing, and even gently rocking to the rhythm of her breath as she sleeps.
